Restocking Fee

A 15% restocking fee applies if the correct product was supplied to you and you wish to return it.


Return Policy

You have 7 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.

  • Free replacement and shipping will be provided if you received the wrong product or a faulty product within the first 7 days.

  • Products that fail within 8 months of purchase will qualify for a free replacement, provided they were correctly installed and used. (Products incorrectly installed or misused will not be replaced free of charge.)

  • Any correctly supplied goods that you wish to return will incur additional shipping fees.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition you received it.

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (such as your receipt) must be provided.


How to Start a Return

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send the package back.
⚠️ Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

If you are unsure about a specific item, please contact us before purchasing.


Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you if the refund has been approved.

  • If approved, you will receive an email from us requesting your banking details so we can process your refund.

  • Refunds are typically completed within 10 business days after receiving your details.

  • Please note: It may take additional time for your bank to process and post the refund.

Refunds are only processed on business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and South African public holidays).
