Yes, we deliver across South Africa. Standard delivery times are:
- Main centres (JHB, PTA, CPT, DBN): 2–3 business days
- Outlying areas: 4–5 business days
Delivery times are in addition to manufacturing times.
Shipping costs are based on weight:
- 0.1–10kg: R130
- 11–25kg: R195
- 26–50kg: R290
- 51–100kg: R550
For orders over 100kg, we’ll provide a custom quote.
Yes. If you’d like to use your own courier, please email online@holdit.co.za with your order number and courier details.
Yes, we offer international shipping. Please complete our Contact Form and we will provide a custom delivery quote based on order size, weight, and destination.
Standard orders: 1–3 business days
Peak season (Oct–Dec): 5–10 business days
Custom orders: 1–2 weeks
We accept returns within 7 days for standard products if they are unused and in original condition. Custom-made products are non-refundable unless defective. Please see our Returns Policy for details.
